Our Philosophy
Here at Alchemy we believe simple is best! Our food is made with love Hippocrates style. We promote greens as a way of life and try to lay low on the sugars (even fruit). Regulars on our menu include creamed spinach, arugula flax crackers, creamy dandylion greens, cilantro kale-beet salad and pesto cheeze on sunflower sprouts. Green juices, green smoothies & wheatgrass are available daily. Our desserts, although not green, contain medicinal healing properties and taste delicious! Integrity and sustainability are the backbone of our operations. We use only the best ingredients available and our customers taste the difference. For example, we use the ONLY raw agave available on the market that is also for sale in our store and we soak and sprout all of our nuts and seeds to release their toxic properties before using them. All of our raw food is wheat and gluten free and truly is the most healing food available on the planet today!
